Sign up to be part of CNC's Sap Collection Team!
This March, when the weather is right and the sap is running, we will send out an email by 1 pm to let you know that we will be collecting sap! You can then meet a CNC staff member at the Sugarhouse at 3 pm to help collect the sap. No RSVP is needed. You are welcome to come as little or as often as you like throughout the season. Please dress for the weather when you join us!
Please note: If the sap isn't ready to be collected, we will not send an email that day.
