Sign up to be part of CNC's Sap Collection Team!
This March, when the weather is right and the sap is running, we will send out an email by 1 pm to let you know that we will be collecting sap! You can then meet a CNC staff member at the Sugarhouse at 3 pm to help collect the sap. No RSVP is needed. You are welcome to come as little or as often as you like throughout the season. Please wear a mask and dress for the weather when you join us!
Please note: If the sap isn't ready to be collected, we will not send an email that day.
