Connect with nature through a gentle and mindful walk. Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, meaning “taking in the forest atmosphere.” Through a series of guided experiences, you will be invited to deepen your relationship with nature using your senses and mindful exploration. The walk concludes with tea. Meet at the Visitor Center. Preregistration is required for this free program.
