Yoga with the SeasonsJoin us for a monthly yoga session at CNC! Come and connect as we flow through poses synced with the season's rhythm. We will reflect on a short journal prompt followed by gentle movement. Plan to bring a yoga mat and journal.  Open to all levels - no experience necessary. Meet at the Visitor Center.

Cancellation Policy
If CNC cancels, a full refund is issued If guest cancels, - Seven days before the program, full refund. - Between six days and 24 hours before the program, 50% refund. - Less than 24 hours before the program, no refund.
