Join Lisa Treiber, Food Safety Educator of MSU Extension, to learn to successfully and safely use a pressure canner for low acid foods and a water bath canner or a steam canner for high acid foods. Bring your dial gauge canner lid if you would like to have it tested prior to class (optional).
