The River Clean Up on Saturday, June 22 has been canceled due to cloudy river conditions. We are working to reschedule the clean up for late summer or early fall.

It’s time to jump in the river and get it cleaned up! Join CNC Naturalists and the staff of Scientific Anglers for a fun-filled river clean-up 

day complete with lunch from Lalonde's Market, time in and on the water and prizes. We will eat lunch at 11:30 am, then divide into teams and tackle several sections of the Pine and Chippewa rivers. We will gather together by 3:30 pm, and prizes will be awarded for the best river trash recoveries. Life jackets and trash-collection vessels will be provided. Pre-registration is required.

Participants are welcome to stay and participate in the fly fishing casting demonstrations and practice from 4-6 pm.
