Join Gary Skory from Midland County Historical Society and a CNC Naturalist as we explore the nature and history of the Averill Preserve. Stories of the past will be shared as we stroll through the natural setting along the Tittabawassee River. 

This program is held at the pavilion near the Pere Marquette Rail Trail, next to Averill Preserve: From Midland, take N Saginaw Rd towards Sanford. Follow N Saginaw Rd for approximately 5 miles. The Averill Preserve is on the left, across from Hope Rd. Parking is located in a small parking lot, near the pavilion.
