We start our stroll after sunset, so if it is clear we should see the moon. This month’s Long Nights moon recognizes the shorter days and longer nights before the winter solstice arrives. Bundle up if it is cold for this one-hour walk to look and listen for nocturnal wildlife moving under the moon light. Meet Interpretive Naturalist Jeanne Henderson at the Visitor Center; wear dark clothing and bring a flashlight.
