The evergreen trees stand out in the woods now that the deciduous leaves have all fallen. Can you find the bundles of pine needles in groups of two and five? Look for pine cones, compare their shapes and sizes and search for the seeds hiding inside.  Learn the difference between spruces and firs and how they differ from pines.
