Have you always wanted to make syrup from the maple trees on your property? Here's your chance to learn how. This workshop is for those wishing to make syrup on a small scale. Information will include selection of trees, tapping, sap collection, equipment overview and sap storage and boiling, as well as finishing and canning syrup on a small scale.

Ages: 15 and up, under 18 w/adult

$15.00 per Participant
Cancellation Policy
Field Trip and Workshop Cancellation Policy If the participant cancels before the registration deadline, they will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. If the participant cancels between registration deadline and 3 days prior to program, they will receive a 50% refund. If the participant cancels 1-2 days prior to program, no refund will be given. If CNC cancels this program (e.g., conditions are unfavorable), participants will receive a full refund.
