Would you like a new hobby for the long, cold winter; to create unusual gifts for the holidays or just have fun with an old-time craft? Join Judy Packard to learn the basic techniques of soapmaking. We'll make a batch of traditional tallow soap and progress to more modern techniques with vegetable oils and fragrances. Everyone will take home several bars of soap, plus lots of information about books, supplies, resources and techniques.

Cancellation Policy
Field Trip and Workshop Cancellation Policy: If the participant cancels before the registration deadline, they will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. If the participant cancels between registration deadline and 3 days prior to program, they will receive a 50% refund. If the participant cancels 1-2 days prior to program, no refund will be given. If CNC cancels this program (e.g., conditions are unfavorable), participants will receive a full refund. DK does not recognize the hard returns, so the other format was hard to understand. If we like this, I suggest using it for all registered programs.
